What can I expect?

In order to provide flexible care, we offer our focused workshops 2 nights per week, each lasting 1.5-2.5 hours. Depending on the desired intensity of care, individuals can attend both nights or to focus on the subject matter that best meets their needs. Our providers will assist in determining the appropriate level of care for each situation.

As participants progress through the curriculum, they are closely monitored for progress. They will have regular check-in’s with our providers where the treatment plan, including medications, may be adjusted based on the individual’s evolving needs.

What workshops are offered?

Adult Group sessions offer a safe, supportive environment where individuals can explore their emotions, gain insight, and build effective coping skills. Using evidence-based approaches like CBT and DBT, along with creative modalities such as art therapy and experiential therapy, participants learn to manage stress, navigate challenges, and connect with others who understand. Each session is designed to foster growth, resilience, and healing through both education and shared experience.

Yoga workshops offer a body-based approach that addresses the physical effects of trauma on the body, including muscle tension, emotional disregulation, and altered sensory experiences. Using a variety of mindfulness techniques and trauma-informed yoga, individuals can recognize and process the physical sensations associated with trauma. These practices foster healing and restore a sense of safety and well-being.

  • Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is a non-invasive medical treatment that uses magnetic fields to stimulate nerve cells in the brain. It's specifically designed to target areas affected by mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety, OCD and PTSD, when other treatments haven't been effective.

By applying focused magnetic impulses through the scalp, TMS encourages positive changes in the brain's neurotransmitter levels, offering relief from symptoms and improving overall mental health without the need for medication. FDA-cleared and clinically proven, TMS is a safe and effective alternative for those seeking new avenues to wellness.
