What is IOP?

IOP involves regular, scheduled sessions that typically occur several times a week. These sessions can include individual therapy, group therapy, art therapy, recreation therapy, or yoga. We focus on teaching practical coping skills, stress management techniques, and strategies to address the specific challenges the individual is facing.

Our IOP program is more time-intensive than standard outpatient therapy but less intensive than inpatient care. It allows individuals to receive substantial therapeutic support while maintaining their daily routines. Participants in IOP are closely monitored for progress. The treatment plan may be adjusted based on the individual’s evolving needs and achievements.

Benefits of IOP

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a structured treatment plan designed to offer intensive support and care for individuals facing mental health challenges. IOPs allow patients to reside at home while attending multiple therapy sessions per week.

  • Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is a non-invasive medical treatment that uses magnetic fields to stimulate nerve cells in the brain. It's specifically designed to target areas affected by mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety, OCD and PTSD, when other treatments haven't been effective.

By applying focused magnetic impulses through the scalp, TMS encourages positive changes in the brain's neurotransmitter levels, offering relief from symptoms and improving overall mental health without the need for medication. FDA-cleared and clinically proven, TMS is a safe and effective alternative for those seeking new avenues to wellness.
